Uno prodotto con un alambicco Carter-Head , l\u2019altro in un piccolo alambicco costruito nel 1860 dalla casa produttrice Bennett, Sons &amp; Shears. Sono due metodi di distillazione molto diversi che producono gin estremamente differenti.  Le 2 botaniche \u00a0vengono fatte macerare per circa 24 ore prima di passare nell\u2019alambicco Bennett. Detta semplicemente vengono fatte bollire e messe direttamente nello spirito cos\u00ec da infondergli la maggior parte delle caratteristiche aromatiche.  Tutte le botaniche utilizzate nel Carter-Head sono aggiunte in un cestello in cima al distillatore. Non vengono n\u00e9 fatte macerate n\u00e9 bollire, ma vengono come cotte al vapore cos\u00ec da estrarre solamente gli aromi pi\u00f9 leggeri, dolci e floreali.  Entrambe le distillazioni richiedono 12 ore di tempo. Una volta uniti i due spiriti, vengono aggiunti il cetriolo e l\u2019essenza di rose prima dell\u2019aggiunta di acqua e dell\u2019imbottigliamento."}
